Return and Cancellations Policy

At Ziva, we are not looking at anything less than 100% satisfaction of our customers.
We are here to help in case you have double thoughts about your purchased item.


Returns and Exchange

We gladly take back returns for most items provided you return the product within 14 days of receiving it. You get refund within 5 days after we receive your returned product.

You can vouch for the exchange of the merchandise or get a refund by returning the merchandise in unused, unwashed, saleable condition in its original packaging along with original tags within 14 days from the delivery date.

You can either exchange it for the next size or choose to get 100% refund of product price excluding the freight cost.

No extra charges will be levied if you are exchanging it for the next size. Please make sure the product that needs to be exchanged is unused and unwashed. However we highly recommend you to read the Size Chart before making the purchase.

If you are exchanging the product for a different product(s), kindly request for a refund and place a fresh order.

Zivamoms.com reserves all rights to determine whether refund is warranted or not.

We are happy to accept returns/exchange of most of the items except pillows, baby products (For instance, cradles), inner wears, perishables, disposables and hosiery for hygienic reasons.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once the voucher is issued.

However, orders placed using loyalty cards or gift vouchers cannot be cancelled or returned.

  • We will keep you posted and help you track the refunds/exchange/returns through our website.

Cancellation

Please note that it is our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order due to limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. In case your order is cancelled after your credit/debit card has been charged, the amount will be reversed back in your account. In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed /approved by us, we shall cancel the order and provide 100% refund.


Refund policy

In case you have a change of mind and you are cancelling your order before it is shipped out, we owe you a 100% refund of the product price. Refunds will be credited to your card or bank account within 5 days of receiving your product. Freight cost will be charged if you have requested for a refund after shipping the product. We don’t provide direct cash refunds. In case you received the wrong product, we assure 100% refund of product price and shipping cost as well.


Shipment

Orders received on working days before 11.00 a.m. will be despatched on the same day and those received after 11.00 a.m. will be despatched on next working day. Goods will be despatched through a reliable courier service. Normally, products will be delivered within 2-3 days if your address comes within city limits. Delivery might take 2-5 days if the address is in rural belts. The time frame might vary for certain places which are not easily accessible.
